The Peat System in use

PEAT — standing for Patient Environment Action Team — is a web application commissioned by the Department of Health and built and hosted by ASCKEY Data Services Ltd for monitoring the general environment of an NHS Hospital. It measures those elements of a hospital that determine the nature of the patient’s experience — cleanliness, attractiveness, and "patient comfort" in general. You can find more about it here.
